The Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) & Dublin Rape Crisis Centre: Collaborating to Build a Better World for All.

Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is proud to work alongside incredible philanthropic partners who share our vision of a society in which sexual violence is not tolerated. One example of the impact these partnerships can have is with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), an international grantmaking organization that aims to support nonprofit organizations around the world in making lasting positive change.

Since 1996, SNF has been on a journey marked by collaboration, optimism, and a strong belief that working together can help make lasting change possible. In 2026, a grant from SNF supported the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre’s relocation to new premises on Ormond Quay. The new Centre will better serve people affected by sexual violence and enable us to grow and innovate our healing and prevention services, reflecting a step change in Ireland’s fight against sexual violence.

This opportunity aligns perfectly with our shared values of respect and empathy and our joint commitment to prioritising humanity. By supporting DRCC, SNF is aiming to help it improve lives. We will ensure that greater numbers of survivors receive the support they need at a safe place where they will be heard. A place where they will be believed.
