In the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre we aim to do work and provide services of the highest quality and standard. We welcome any positive feedback you may wish to give about our work - simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Equally, we welcome constructive criticism that will improve our work and we seek address to any concerns raised to us promptly and transparently.
- If you as a service user have a complaint or concern about our services, please see the section below for our procedure.
- If you have a general query or comment about our work, we would love to hear from you at email@example.com.
Feedback from service users
We in DRCC endeavour to provide you with a high quality service in all departments, and your feedback as a service user, both positive and negative, is always helpful to us in developing and improving our standards. If a person using any of our services is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, they can raise a concern or make a complaint using the procedure as outlined in our policy. This process is confidential and the complaint will be treated sensitively.
The service user should, in the first instance, try to resolve the issue directly with the relevant member of staff. The objective of this approach is to resolve the difficulty with the minimum of conflict and stress for the individuals involved. If this is not possible or appropriate, or if this does not resolve the matter, the service user should call 1800 77 8888 during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, and request to speak with a manager.
