Submission on review of the investigation & prosecution of sexual offences (2018)

DRCC submission issued December 2018, on the review of the investigation & prosecution of sexual offences, made to the  working group of the Criminal Justice Strategic Committee.

The working group is comprised of experts from relevant areas including the Courts Service, Probation Service, An Garda Síochána and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Mr. Tom O’Malley BL, Senior Lecturer in Law at NUI Galway and a member of the Law Reform Commission, chairs the group. The terms of reference for the group were published by Minister for Justice & Equality, Charlie Flanagan TD, in September 2018.
