DRCC Annual Report 2024

In 2024, contacts with the 24-hour National Rape Crisis Helpline 1800 778888, run by Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, reached a record level of 22.700, the highest in our history.

Topline figures include:

• 24-hour National Rape Crisis Helpline had 22,700 contacts in 2024.
• Therapy appointments increased 57% over previous year.
• 55% of new therapy clients experienced additional violence.
• 287 days supporting clients for court and other hearings.
