While the National Rape Crisis Helpline will be open 24/7 right through the festive period at 1800 77 8888, our office hours will change during the holidays on some days.

Below are our opening hours - if you have any questions, or if you are a client and need to check on your appointment times, please email us.

Tuesday 23 December	Normal working hours
Weds 24 December: Christmas Eve	Closed - Helpline open 1800 77 88 88
Thurs 25 December: Christmas Day	Closed - Helpline open 1800 77 88 88
Friday 26 December: St Stephen's Day	Closed - Helpline open 1800 77 88 88
Saturday 27 December	Open for appointments until 3pm
Monday 29 December	Normal working hours
Tuesday 30 December	Normal working hours
Wednesday 31 December	Normal working hours - no late appointments
Thursday 1 January 2026: New Year's Day	Closed - Helpline open 1800 77 88 88
Friday 2 January	Normal working hours
Saturday 3 January	Normal working hours
