Since 1979, The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre has worked to prevent the harm and heal the trauma of sexual violence. We work with men and women who have experienced sexual assault, rape or childhood sexual abuse.
Our ambition is to eliminate tolerance of sexual violence in society through education, training and campaigns.
When sexual violence does occur, we offer a range of supports including telephone counselling, face-to-face counselling, and accompaniment services.
We also advocate on behalf of survivors of sexual violence to help ensure that they have access to responsive and sensitive services provided by law enforcement officials, medical personnel and the courts.
The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is funded by state agencies, philanthropic bodies and private individuals.
We are also extremely grateful to those who give their time and talent to raise funds for the DRCC. Please visit our Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships section for more information on how you can support our work.
