Volunteering with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre
Here in the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre we recognise that we could not offer such a wide range of services without the ongoing support of our dedicated volunteers. The DRCC have a team of more than 70 trained volunteers who provide telephone counselling outside of office hours. Our volunteers will also accompany and offer support to women and men who attend the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit in the Rotunda hospital.
All volunteers receive extensive training from our volunteer coordinators and other staff members before selection for one of the above programmes. If you are living in the (01) telephone area, are over 25 years of age and interested in volunteering for the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre you can phone us on 01 661 4911 or email us for further information at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be recruiting Volunteers now and the closing date is Monday the 16th September for training commencing in October 2013. We would love to hear from you.
